The Company was incorporated on 8th day of August 2014 having complied with the provision of Sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Act, 1963 has been given the Certificate to Commence Business as follows:

Mr. Emmanuel Agyiri Mensah

He holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) in Banking & Financeand also Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice all from Paris Graduate School of Management, France. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (undergoing a paper in the final level).

 

Mr. Mensah is highly experienced professional management accountant who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse team of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries and fast-paced environments.

 

He possesses strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 9 years of hands-on experience in financial planning, business unit development, project management and system engineering strategies.

He also has proven top-notch organizational skills with emphasis on streamlining processes and procedures, identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, and developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues and improving customer service satisfactions.

 

And consistently meet and/or exceed corporate goals and operational deadlines, exhibit natural leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit with a special talent for transitioning strategy into action and achievement.

 

 

 

Mr. Derrick Idan Frowne

He is in his final level in Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (pure accounting programme) from University of Cape Coast, Ghana; and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Takoradi Polytechnic, Ghana.

 

Mr. Frowne is a Financial Analyst with over 8 years of hands-on post experience in a corporate setting in preparation of payroll accounting, budgets & monitoring, filing of statutory returns, financial projections, management accounts and financial statements with reports.

 

He has undergone various training, seminars and professional developments to enhance his skills in delivering and they are as follows:

Mr. Ahmed Abdul Malik

He is in his final level in Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (pure accounting programme) from University of Cape Coast, Ghana; and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Takoradi Polytechnic, Ghana.

 

Mr. Malik has taught Economics for over 2 years before been trained by Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Auditor. He has over 8 years of hands-on post experience in undertaking Independent, efficient, effective and comprehensive audits work.

 

He has provided a quality assurance services to help ensure that our clients’ financial statements meet the regulatory and business requirements as well as to lend credibility to the company’s financial statements for our clients.

 

 

 

Mr. Charles Morcher

Currently undergoing MBA in Accounting, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (pure accounting programme) from University of Cape Coast, Ghana; and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Takoradi Polytechnic, Ghana.

 

He also holds Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate in Security Industry Courses.

 

He has developed new mechanisms to help ensure the growth of our organization by selling our products in the competitive market especially to our potential clients’, following up on their needs, developing a strong clients’ data base and communication network through which the demands of our clients will be met.

 

 

 

Mrs. Anita Frowne

She is an Administrative Secretary and Head of Procurement; she possesses BSc in HR and Business Administration with various courses and training programmes.

 

Mrs. Frowne possesses strong analytical and technical ideas with an impressive track record of more than 9 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, office management, interpersonal relationship and instituting internal controls and procedures.

 

She is good in office management, interpersonal relationship, leadership and communication skills, very energetic and achievement-oriented.

This Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants was prepared by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (“IESBA”), an independent standard-setting body within the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). The IESBA develops and issues in the public interest high-quality ethical standards and other pronouncements for professional accountants for use around the world. It encourages member bodies to adopt high standards of ethics for their members and promotes good ethical practices globally. The IESBA also fosters international debate on ethical issues faced by accountants. A professional accountant is required to comply with the following fundamental principles:

A professional accountant should be straightforward and honest in all professional and business relationships.

 

   (ii)  Objectivity

A professional accountant should not allow bias, conflict of interest or undue influence of others to override professional or business judgments.
